The question asks you to calculate the equil constnat for the rxn, and gives a graph of partial pressure, ranging up to 30. However, in the solution manual, they put the partial pressure over 100, but i didnt think the graph was giving percent? thank you!

It is divided by 100 because the graph is given in kPa. You have to convert kPa to bar. 1 kPa equals 0.01 bar.
