K=1

Even though it is rare, what does it mean when K=1? Qualitatively, how would this affect the reaction in the hypothetical scenario that k=1

The ratio of products to reactants would be exactly 1:1. For every mole of reactants, there is one mole of reactants.

The main time this can really happen is if the same types of atoms are reacting with each other. Otherwise, atoms and molecules will commonly have different rates of reaction, so k will hardly ever be 1.
