You can figure out the equilibrium concentration of CO2 using the information given--convert 17.4mg CO2 to moles, then find the concentration by dividing by .250L. The ratio of CO2 to NH3 is 1:2, therefore the NH3 concentration is twice as much. Then use the Kc formula to get 1.58x10^-8 (remember the exponent on [NH3]!). You can also visualize this using the I.C.E. table. The NH4(NH2CO2) is not involved in these calculations because it is a solid.
