Discussion Points

Postby Harmony Becerra » Tue Jan 08, 2019 10:24 pm

Is there any way to see if we are getting credit for our discussion posts? I am not sure if I am doing these correctly and would like to see if I am getting points for it.

Hi! As long as you post 3 times a week in any fashion (answering questions, posting, responding in discussion), you get points! The way to check is to revisit a thread that you have posted on and underneath your name, you'll see how many times you've posted. You can also check in the section called "your posts" under quick links and count them per week. You're doing it right!

Yeah, there is no direct way to check if you are getting points, but as long as you post three times a week, you should be fine!

The TA's go through the discussion forum at the end of the quarter, and as long as you post at least 3 times a week, you will get the full 30 points for the chemistry community discussion forum!
