Yes homogeneous equilibrium just means that all of the reactants and products are in the same phase, whereas in heterogeneous equilibrium, they are not. This is usually only relevant when calculating K, as if one of the products or reactants is a solid or liquid, its concentration would not be used.
Homogeneous equilibria is where all reactants and products are in the same phase. Therefore if they are all gasses all of the components would be incorporated in the equilibrium constant equation. Heterogeneous equilibria is when one or more of the reactants or products are in a different phase. If there is a reactant that is a solid or liquid and all other components are gasses it would be heterogeneous and that reactant that is a solid or liquid would not be incorporated in the equilibrium constant equation.
