Pure solids and liquids are ignored in finding K because they do not have an effect on the amount of reactant at equilibrium and they are kept at a value of 1 for the calculation.

Aqueous solutions are also left out when finding K and these also apply when finding Q.

Because solids and liquids don't have concentrations. They're pure substances. So including them makes no sense.

It's not that solids and liquids don't have a concentration it's just that they remain constant throughout the reaction so there would be no point in including them since it would not change the value of Q or K.
