6th Edition, 11.63

This question has a very small K value being 3.2x10^-34. When doing calculations, it results in this equation: (x^2)/(0.22-x)^2=3.2x10^-34.

Since K is very small, could we assume that 0.22-x is 0.22 because the answer will be insignificantly different? This way, I could avoid the quadratic formula and simplify the process.

Yes you can do that! I'm not quite sure when an amount is small enough for it to be essentially insignificant overall, but a good way to check is to do the problem backwards. In other words, once you find the equilibrium partial pressure values, if you calculate the Kp value and it is the same as what's given, then it was probably a good estimate.
