A reaction mixture is prepared by mixing 0.100 mol SO2, 0.200 mol NO2, 0.100 mol NO, and 0.150 mol SO3 in a reaction vessel of volume 5.00 L. The reaction SO2(g)+ NO2(g) -> NO(g) + SO3(g) is allowed to reach equilibrium at 460 C, when Kc = 85.0. What is the equilibrium concentration of each substance? Would you solve this using an ICE table? I'm confused.

Since the reaction is not currently at equilibrium you would need to use an ICE table. For the initial concentrations, you would use the mol values provided divided by the volume (5L). Then you use the quadratic formula to find the changes in concentration, which would then give you the final concentrations.
