The entire problem is essentially an ice table with the variable "p" substituted in for the change. The First thing you want to do is balance the equation, then find the equilibrium concentrations in terms of "p" and substitute it into the K equation.

2NO <--> N2 + O2
I / 1 bar / 0 / 0
C / -2p / +p / +p
E / (1-2p) / p / p

Kp = (PN2)(PO2)/(PNO)^2 = p*p/(1-2p)^2 = p^2/(1-2p)^2
