Is the value of the reaction quotient the same for gas when calculating it by gas concentration and when calculating it by partial pressure?

No. Therefore, if it tells you to calculate the reaction quotient, Q, and compare it to a given K for example, make sure you use partial pressure or concentration depending on if you’re given Kp or Kc.

It's crucial you pay attention to whether the problem specifies molecular quantities in molar concentration or partial pressures, because the constant's value is dependent on this. To convert between these two constants, use the formula:
K = (RT)^(delta nr)(Kc)

No, the values are different because there are two different units or properties of the gases being measured in each case and so they will give different values. There is a formula to convert between the two though
