Aqueous solution

I know solids and liquids aren't included when calculating the equilibrium constant. Are aqueous solution included when calculating the equilibrium constant?

Aqueous solutions are included in the calculation because compounds dissociate in solution.

Only aqueous solutions and gases are included in the calculation of the equilibrium constant.
