7th edition 6A.23

For this question, it asks to calculate the h3O and OH concentrations, but I found that the H3O concentration is 2*10^-13 Does that mean that the solution is neutral? The question asking if it is, but is it??

If your calculations are correct, then the solution is neutral. The [H30+]<10^-7 so therefore the amount of change in [H3O+] is negligible and the pH will not change dramatically from neutral.
