For this problem how do you calculate molarity from pOH? Is it even necessary to find the pOH?

U can solve for pH given the pOH given the following equation:

pH+pOH=14.

pH=14-pOH

When u solve for pH then u can find the molarity of the substance using this equation:

-log[concentration of substance]=pH

concentration of substance=10^(-pH)

pH+pOH=14.

pH=14-pOH

When u solve for pH then u can find the molarity of the substance using this equation:

-log[concentration of substance]=pH

concentration of substance=10^(-pH)
