buffer questions on test
On Friday we covered buffer questions, yet, on the acid and bases outline, buffers are never mentioned. Are we supposed to know what to do with buffer questions although it not written on the outline for the test next week?

Even though its not on there, I would learn it since he talked about it in lecture and therefore it could show up on an exam.

I think it's just important that you understand how to formulate the chemical equations for buffers, namely what kind of products a group of reactants can yield, like Professor Lavelle mentioned in lecture for the first test.

I think the buffer reactions are the calculations with salts that he listed on outline 2

Yes, buffer questions are mentioned in the outline so there's a chance they'll show up on the test

Re: buffer questions on test
Buffer equations are mentioned on the second outline under calculations with salts so I'd know them just to be safe for the test.
