What does the formula PV=RnT refer to?

It is called the ideal gas law and it relates the pressure, volume, mols, and temperature of a gas.

This will allow you to convert the partial pressure of gas to molar concentration.
PV=nRT
P=(nRT)/V
P= (n/V)*RT
P= Concentration *(RT) and Concentration= P/(RT)
R and T are normally constant for these problems.
