I am not sure how to answer the last question,
e.) Explain any differences in pH on the basis of molecular structure.

The pH difference according to molecular structure stems from the electron-withdrawing ability of the group attached to the acid. In other words, as electronegativity of the function group attached to the acid increases, the acidity of the acid will increase. Acidity therefore increases, let's say, when the hydrogen atoms of a methyl group of an acetic acid are replaced by something with a higher electronegativity than that of H, ie chlorine. In general, it comes down to electronegativity. Hope this helps!!
