In this question, how can I calculate Kc with gas? How can I know the concentration of gases?

Concentration is calculated by the equation moles/liters, so as long as you find out how many moles there are of each gas and divide by the volume of the container, in this case a 0.250 L flask, then you will be able to find the concentration of the gases. You are given the mass of CO2 gas at equilibrium, so all you need to do there is convert to moles and divide by liters to get the concentration of CO2. Then, since NH3 is formed in a 2:1 ratio compared to CO2, you multiply the moles of CO2 at equilibrium by 2 to get moles of NH3 and divide that by liters to get [NH3] at equilibrium. Finally, just plug those numbers into the equilibrium expression, Kc = [NH3]^2[CO2] to find Kc.
