K and Q

Why are solids and liquids not included in the calculation of Q and K?

The concentrations of solids and liquids don't change much compared to those of aqueous solutions and gases, so they are negligible/cancel out as 1 basically.

It's because the concentration of solids and liquids don't change since they are pure substances, so they don't affect the value of K.

Because they don't change the value of K in any way, so you can disregard them while writing the K or Q expression.
