Is there a difference between Kc and Kp in terms of calculating them? Also, is there a difference between K, Kc, and Kp? On the graph in the textbook it seems that there is.

In terms of calculation methods, there is no difference between Kc and Kp other than the fact that one of them uses concentrations and the other uses partial pressures, respectively. The way to formulate the expression remains the same. K is sometimes used generally to refer to either one of the two values, which is admittedly a major source of confusion in some cases. The graph in the textbook would appear to show a difference between the two since they do have different numerical values, since one expression dealt with concentrations of reactants and products and the other with partial pressures.
