Acid and Base Equilibrium

Postby Jada Brown 2H » Tue Jan 14, 2020 8:56 pm

Will we have to know how to work with acids and bases at equilibrium? If so, is there anything that makes them different when it comes to ICE tables and other calculations we have been doing with regular equations?

According to the syllabus, we're going to have to know how to solve problems with acids and bases using stuff we learned in the equilibrium chapter, such as calculating pH and pOH based off of the ICE table. As for whether it's different or not, I don't think we've gotten there in lectures yet.

Yeah I don't think we've gotten to that part yet. Lavelle will probably go over it in class.
