In the first row, the concentration of H3O+ is given, so you can calculate pH by taking the negative log of the concentration of H3O+. Then, you can calculate pOH by using the equation pH+pOH=14. Then, you can calculate the concentration of OH- by calculating 10^-pOH.
In the second row, the concentration of OH- is given, so you can calculate pOH by taking the negative log of the concentration of OH-. Then, you can calculate pH by using the equation pH+pOH=14. Then, you can calculate the concentration of H3O+ by calculating 10^-pH.
