Does anyone know why we have to multiply the concentration by 2 for part C? The solution manual says to do that, but I'm not sure if that's correct.

I don't think there's a part c for 6B.3. Maybe it's a different problem that you're looking at?

For 6B.3 you have to find out the concentration of hydronium ions and use that to find the pH.
