Net Charge of an Acid

How do you find the net charge of an acid given the pH and the pKa?

If the solution pH is more acidic (below) the pKa of the weak acid, then the weak acid does not release H+.

If the solution pH is less acidic (above) the pKa of the weak acid, then the weak acid does release H+.
