Can someone explain again how we can determine if a salt is acidic or basic?

Hi!

To determine if a salt is acidic or basic, look at the cation/anion. If the anion is a conjugate base of a weak acid, then the salt is basic. If a cation is the conjugate acid of a weak base, then the salt is acidic. If the anion/cation comes from a strong acid or base, it doesn't affect the pH and the salt is neutral. Hope this helps!

I got tripped up when dealing with KCl and K2(SO4). How would you determine whether these are acidic or basic salts
