Values of K and Meaning

If K>1 this means there are more products at equilibrium and if K<1 this means there are more reactants at equilibrium. But there is also the values discussed in lecture where if K>10^3 products are strongly favored and if K<10^-3 reactants are favored. What's the difference between there being more products/reactants and products and reactants being strongly favored?

I feel like K>10^3 and K<10^-3 is the absolute bounds for the favoritism of the reaction.

If products or reactants are strongly favored then it means there is a large disparity between products and reactants. If the products or reactants are simply less than or greater than 1 then they could be very close in concentration(there could also still be a large disparity).

k>1 does indicate that products are slightly more favored than reactants however I think k>10^3 guarantees favoritism.
