Can we write a Q expression using pressure?

We use Q for when the equation is not at equilibrium, correct? So do we ever use Q with P (as in Q= PH2O) or is that only reserved for K?

You can use Q with pressure as long as you're comparing it to Kp

When writing Q for gases, do we write it as partial pressure, molar concentration, or would either work if the question does not give numbers or units and just asks for the Q expression of a gas phase reaction?
