If you increase the products of a reaction, which way will the reaction shift?

the reaction will favor the reactants and thus shift left as K must remain constant
and K=[P]/[R] so if P increases, R will increase to keep K remain the same

The reaction will shift towards the Reactants in order to maintain equilibrium. In other words, the reaction should shift left.

The reaction will shift left to maintain equilibrium because of the excess amount of product. Concentration RATIOS must be maintained during and for equilibrium at all times.
