I am new to Lavelle's class and I was wondering how the tests are formatted and what should I expect? I heard that there's roughly 8 questions, but how should I prepare myself for it?

I would recommend doing as many practice problems from the textbook from different topics as you feel necessary for your own understanding. There are also weekly review worksheets on Chemistry Community (if you search "Session Worksheets" you should be able to find them). If you feel like you need extra instruction, the workshops and other sessions are also really helpful.

Using quizlet to remember important things is also very helpful.
