Catalysts don't affect Kc because they only make reactions faster. They don't change the concentrations of the reactants or products.

Adding catalysts does not change the equilibrium because all it does is speed up the rate at which the system reaches equilibrium by lowering the activation energy required to proceed with the reaction(forward reaction rate and reverse reaction rate are changed equally).
Also, catalysts do not change the equilibrium constant because their concentrations remain the same from the beginning to the end of the reaction(they get used up and replaced automatically).

catalysts only change how fast a reaction is performed but doesnt change any of the concentrations

They increase the rate of the reaction but does not cause any permanent chemical change in the reaction, so the concentrations are the same and equilibrium is the same
