In this question, why does decreasing the amount of aqueous glucose cause a shift in the equilibrium concentration? Even though it is a product, it is technically not a gas, and I don't understand how you can include it in a K calculation.

Aqueous phase reactants/products are still included in all K calculations, only liquids and solids are excluded so removing it would cause a shift to the formation of products

Only liquids and solids are not included in the equilibrium expression. Aqueous and gas phase molecules are included.
