It applies to changes in concentration, pressure, or temperature.

Essentially, this principle applies to changes in all physical parameters, as stated in lecture

LeChatlier's principle applies to changing concentration and physical parameters such as pressure and temperature. However, only a change in temperature will change the K value. Changing the concentration or pressure will not change K.

Le Chatelier's Principle applies to changes in temperature, volume or concentration.

It applies to changes in temperature, pressure (only when it changes the concentration from a change in volume), or a direct change in concentration (from adding reactants/products).
