An inert gas is a noble gas. They do not react with many substances, so they only affect pressure, not concentration or K.

An inert will never affect any part of a chemical reaction.

An inert gas will not participate in the reaction. Once added, it will not shift the equilibrium or change the value of K.

Are noble gases the only inert gases?

Yes, the only inert gases are noble gases
