Would C6H12O6(aq) be included in the equilbruim expression for the photosynthesis reaction 6CO2 (g) + 6H2O (l) <-----> C6H12O6(aq) + 6O2(g)?
If it isn't, why not?

It will be included in the equilibrium expression. The only things not included will be elements in the state of solid or liquid.
