Adding more or taking away pure solids or pure liquids does not affect their concentrations because there's little change for pure solids and pure liquids in equilibrium reaction. Therefore Le Chatelier's principle does not apply to pure liquids or pure solids.
No, because solids don't really have concentration, so they have no impact on the K, and thus changing the amount of solid doesn't affect whether the reaction favors reactants or products. Hope this helps :)
