Changing concentrations of solids and liquids

Postby Gabrielle Schwab 1G » Fri Nov 13, 2015 4:46 pm

I have a clarification question. Changing the concentration of a solid or liquid does not affect the concentration of the aqueous or gaseous substances in the reaction right?

Because the solid and liquid do not appear in the equilibrium constant expression, changing their concentrations will not affect the equilibrium.
