Use equilibrium constants to predict solubility

How can we determine the solubility when given the K value for a substance? Would we also have to be given the pH/pOH or something related for the solution?

The solubility constant is an equilibrium constant (Ksp) defined for equilibrium between a solids and its respective ions in a solution.

The Ksp value indicates the degree to which a compound dissolves in water. The higher the solubility product constant, the more soluble the compound.

The Ksp would be given or can be calculated using the solution concentrations.

E.g.,

NaCl(s) dissolves in water.

Ksp = [Na+] [Cl-]

I did examples in class of solids dissolving and the Kc I wrote was the Ksp.
