How do you decide which acid is the strongest in regards to other strong acids?

You can compare their Ka or pKa values. The larger the Ka, the more acidic (more of the acid has dissociated into product [H+]). If you are comparing pKa, the lower the pKa, the stronger the acid (similar to pH in that the lower the pH, the stronger the acid).

Will we be given pKa values? Or will we need to memorize/calculate them??

All constants are given in my tests and exams.
Unless you are given equilibrium concentrations and therefore asked to calculated K, or KA, or KB.
