In relation to inorganic and organic compounds, inorganic acids are compounds that have an H in the beginning of the molecular formula, and that these acidic compounds will release their proton (H atom) in solution; in an organic acid, H atoms are written at the end of the carboxyl group -COOH, the H atoms are also released to form a carboxyl anion. In the previous comments, organic compounds have carbon present, while inorganic compounds do not, same as their acidic solutions.
