Typo in 6A.19

Typo in 6A.19

On my sapling e-book for part c of 6A.19, it says 3.1 M but on the answer sheet it says 3.1*10^-14.

Is it a typo?

Yes it is. The value should be 3.1 x 10^-3 M instead of 3.1M.
