Yes. The stability of the resulting anion would pertain to the resulting anion's stability not the molecule that it originated from.

It is the resonance of the anion that is important. The more resonance structures the more delocalized the charge and more stable the anion will be.

^ you can check for more resonance by doing the lewis structures of the strong acid and finding how many resonance structures it has.

Yes; it is the stability of the anion itself that is important, as well as # of resonance structures!
