What is the difference between inorganic and organic bases?

also do we need to be able to tell the difference for the final

There are many differences between the two, but for me the easiest trick is that organic bases will have carbon atoms and inorganic bases will not have carbon atoms. I do not believe it will be a main topic on the final based on the learning outcomes in the syallbus, but it is probably good to know them!

Something I remember him saying from lecture is that a common example of an organic base is anything with a Nitrogen that is an electron donor, meaning it has a lone pair.
