Organic bases are bases that can donate an electron pair (usually include nitrogen). Inoragnic bases are those which dissociate into hydroxide.

Simply put, organic compounds that acts as a base are called organic bases. They are usually proton acceptors and contain nitrogen since it can be easily protonated.

Organic bases are usually found in organic compounds and can donate electron pairs. Inorganic bases doesn't and disassociates.
