Are there other amphoteric compounds outside of the metalloids?

All amphoteric elements are metals and they are located in s, p, d blocks.

H2O and NH3 are amphoteric and are not metalloids.

If NH3 is amphoteric, and I have to put it in an answer box which have strong/weak acids/bases and neither, would it go in neither?
