Could someone please explain why SO3 is the lewis acid and H2O2 is the lewis base? Thanks!

The S in SO3 only has 3 atoms attached to it and can accept another pair of electrons so that it has 4 atoms bonded to it. One of the oxygen atoms in H202 provides this pair of electrons that forms a coordinate covalent bond with the S.
