Are A-H bonds stronger than AO-H bonds?

There is no definite trend that states this. Covalent bond strength can be determined by examining bond length.

The longer the A-H bond the easier it is to remove the H+. With AO-H bond the more electronegative the central atom the more acidic the molecule will become.

When comparing AOH and AH the difference is not that one is a stronger acid than another, but instead that you calculate their strengths differently. AH you look at bond length (longer bond=weaker bond=stronger acid). While for AOH you look at the electronegativity of the central atom (more electronegative=more polar=weaker bonds=stronger acid).
