Lewis Acids and Bases are electron pair acceptors and donors respectively.
Bronsted Acids and Bases are proton donors and acceptors respectively.

Lewis acids accept lone pairs and Lewis bases donate lone pairs. Bronsted acids donate protons and Bronsted bases accept protons.

Bronsted acids are proton donors, while bronsted bases are proton acceptors.

Lewis acids are electron pair acceptors, while lewis bases are electron pair donors.

A Bronsted acid donates protons and a Bronsted base accepts protons. A Lewis acid accepts an electron pair and a Lewis base donates electron pairs. Also, a conjugate acid accepts protons and conjugate base donates protons.

Bronsted acids donate protons, and bronsted bases accept protons; while Lewis acids accept electrons, and Lewis bases donate electrons.

They are both essentially different approaches to acids and bases like the above posts have explained. The Lewis definition of acids and bases is just a bit more broad.

Lewis acids and bases are associated with the formation of molecules through electron donation, Lewis acids accept electrons and Lewis bases donate electron pairs. Bronsted Acids have to do with protons. Bronsted acids donate H+ abd Bronsted bases accept them
