How do I sort acid and bases without the presence of O or H?

If an acid or base doesn't have O or H, you have to look at the list of designated strong bases and strong acids. For example, KCl is neutral because it has the cation of a strong base and anion of a strong acid. Na2S would be basic because it has the cation of a strong base. It's probably easiest to just memorize the list and be able to identify them in compounds.
