Question 12.23

Postby Anmol Dhaliwal 2C » Sun Nov 20, 2016 4:14 pm

Could someone please explain part b) of the question? In the solutions manual it says [OH-]=[H3O+], that is because the temperature of both are the same in the question yes?

Hi!

I think because the ratio of ions and ions is 1:1 in the chemical equation: and because the conditions for both ions are the exact same, they must have the same molarity.
