Can someone please explain how to determine the ion concentrations in strong acids/bases?

Since pH/pOH can be measured by -log[H3O+] or -log[OH-], we can use the inverse log to find the ion concentration if we are given the pH.

to find the concentration of (H30) you put e to the -pH and you can use stoichiometry to find concentrations of other molecules in the reaction.
