How to find Conjugate acid or base of a given compound?

To find the conjugate acid: Bases form conjugate acids. So in order for Reactant X to produce a conjugate acid it must behave like a base. So what a base does is accept H+. There you go just add H+ to X. (part a)

To find the conjugate base: Acids form conjugate bases. So in order for Reactant X to produce a conjugate base it must behave like an acid. So what an acid does is donate H+. There you go just remove H+ from X. (part b)
